Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment Beautification
Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment opened in 2001. It is the largest privately-owned arts facility in the south. Executive Director, Marcia Freeland requested a brick & aluminum fence along Seminole and 8th Ave. to replace the chain link fence currently surrounding the building. The upgraded fence will add three pedestrian gates for community access and enhance the beauty of this historic location. Bids are coming in between $102k-137k. Lowe Mill A&E is considering replacing the fence along Seminole and completing the 8th Ave. fence at a later date.
